Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your registration for, purchase of, and attendance at Content Convention 2026 for Medical Practitioners (the “Convention”), organized by RTD Creations Corp., doing business as House Creatives, of The Glaston Tower, Pasig City, Philippines (“House Creatives,” “the Organizer,” “we,” “us”). By registering, purchasing a ticket, or attending, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or purchase.
1. Definitions
- Attendee means any person who holds a valid ticket to the Convention.
- Registration means filling out the checkout form on the official event page. Registration alone does not confirm a seat; payment must also be completed.
- Ticket means a paid Regular Seat or VIP Seat, confirmed by the Organizer after payment is verified.
- Regular Seat (also called a General Admission Seat) means the standard Convention ticket and its listed inclusions.
- VIP Experience means the optional upgrade of a Regular Seat, offered on the upgrade page shown right after your Regular Seat payment, for an additional fee.
- VIP Seat means a Regular Seat that has been upgraded to the VIP Experience, together with its VIP-only inclusions as listed on the official event page and upgrade page at the time of purchase.
- Authority Intake means the questionnaire a VIP Seat holder completes so the Organizer can prepare their Medical Authority Prescription.
- Medical Authority Prescription means the written, personalized review and recommendations prepared by the Organizer for a VIP Seat holder based on their Authority Intake and publicly available digital presence.
- Continuation Credit means the tuition credit described in Section 7 that a VIP Seat holder may apply toward Content Mastery Bootcamp VVIP.
- Buyer means the person who completes payment for a Ticket.
2. The Convention
The Convention is a one-day, live online educational event for medical practitioners, including doctors, dentists, therapists, nurses, nutritionists, clinic owners and other healthcare professionals, held on December 1, 2026 via Zoom. The official call time and program are those announced on the official event page and in your confirmation and pre-event emails. Where any detail is marked as “to be confirmed,” the details in our latest email to you prevail.
The Convention is held online only. There is no in-person venue. Your Zoom link is sent by email before the Convention and is for ticket holders only.
3. Eligibility
- The Convention is intended for medical and healthcare professionals, clinic owners, healthcare entrepreneurs, and their staff or marketing teams.
- Attendees must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- The Organizer may ask you to verify your identity before admitting you to the Zoom session. We do not require proof of a professional license to attend.
4. Registration and Confirmation of Your Seat
- You register and pay in one step by filling out the checkout form on the official event page. Your seat is confirmed only after your payment has been received and verified.
- If you start the checkout but do not complete payment, no seat is held. We may send you a reminder to complete your ticket, and you may opt out of these at any time.
- After your Regular Seat payment, you will be shown an optional page to upgrade to the VIP Experience. Declining the upgrade does not affect your Regular Seat.
- Once payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within twenty-four (24) hours, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us.
- You are responsible for giving accurate and complete details. Your ticket is issued in the name you register with.
- Seats are limited to the capacity of our online event platform and are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.
5. Tickets, Prices and Inclusions
- Ticket prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are the prices shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
- Regular Seat. The early-bird price of ₱4,995 applies to payments completed on or before November 15, 2026, 11:59 PM Philippine time. From November 16, 2026, the Regular Seat price is ₱9,995.
- VIP Experience. The upgrade costs an additional ₱14,995 on top of the Regular Seat price you paid. This makes a VIP Seat ₱19,990 in total at the early-bird price, or ₱24,990 in total from November 16, 2026.
- The price that applies is the one in effect when your payment is completed, not when you started the checkout. A later price change does not entitle anyone to a refund, credit or additional charge for the difference.
- Inclusions for each ticket type are those listed on the official event page and checkout page at the time of purchase. The Organizer may improve or substitute an inclusion with one of equal or greater value.
- VIP-only inclusions (such as the VIP Attendee Kit with the physical VIP ID, the VIP Zoom background, the Medical Authority Prescription, the Medical Authority Prescription Mastermind, the VIP Dinner, the Full Event Recording, the online Authority Toolkit and the Continuation Credit) are personal to the VIP Seat holder and cannot be transferred, shared or split with another person, unless stated otherwise.
- The Prescription Mastermind and the VIP Dinner are held in person, on the same date, separately from the online Convention. They are held on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, the day after the Convention. Further details will be sent by email.
- Tickets and inclusions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
- Promotional prices, early-bird prices and discount codes are valid only within their stated period and cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Payment
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, PayMongo, through our official checkout links. House Creatives does not see or store your full card or account details.
- Only pay through the official checkout links on our pages or sent from our official email. House Creatives is not responsible for payments made to any other link, account or person.
- Any fees charged by your bank, card issuer or e-wallet are your responsibility.
- If a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back, the corresponding Ticket and its inclusions are void until payment is completed.
- Official receipts are issued upon request. Email us the name, email address and payment reference used.
7. VIP Inclusions, Authority Intake and Continuation Credit
- Authority Intake. To receive a Medical Authority Prescription, the VIP Seat holder must complete the Authority Intake through the form we provide by the deadline stated in the VIP access email. We cannot prepare a Prescription without a completed Intake. Intakes submitted after the deadline may be prepared after the Convention or, where this is no longer practical, the Prescription may be substituted with an inclusion of equal or greater value.
- Medical Authority Prescription. The Prescription is prepared from the information you give us and from your publicly available online presence, and is delivered by email within the timeline stated in the VIP access email. It is general education and strategic guidance about content, positioning and digital communication. It is not medical, legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any result. You remain responsible for complying with your professional rules (see Section 17).
- Prescription Mastermind. The Medical Authority Prescription Mastermind is a group session for VIP Seat holders. Hot seats are selected by the Organizer and not every participant is guaranteed a hot seat. It is a one-day, face-to-face session at House Creatives, The Glaston Tower, Pasig City, and includes a review of prescriptions and Q&A with our coaches. It is held on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Travel and accommodation are at the VIP Seat holder’s own cost. A VIP Seat holder who cannot attend may request access to the recording, where one is made.
- VIP Dinner. A separate dinner for VIP Seat holders on the evening of the Prescription Mastermind, on the same date. Its venue and time will be announced by email.
- VIP Attendee Kit and VIP Zoom background. The VIP Attendee Kit, including the physical VIP ID, is released or delivered as stated in the VIP access email. The VIP Zoom background is sent digitally.
- Continuation Credit. A VIP Seat holder who later enrolls in Content Mastery Bootcamp at VVIP level may apply a credit of ₱25,000 toward the published CMB VVIP tuition, subject to these conditions: the credit is personal to the VIP Seat holder and cannot be transferred, shared, split across people or combined with other promotions unless we say so; it must be redeemed on a CMB enrollment completed within twelve (12) months of the Convention date; it applies only to the VVIP tier at its published price at the time of enrollment; it has no cash value and is not refundable; and it is forfeited if the VIP Seat is refunded under Section 8 or Section 11. The credit does not reduce the published CMB VVIP tuition and is not a discount on it.
8. The “Wrong Room” Guarantee
We want everyone in the room to want to be there. If you attend the Convention and decide after the first session that it is not for you, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- You must be the registered ticket holder and must have joined the Convention on Zoom.
- You must email [email protected] from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Wrong Room Guarantee,” no later than the end of the first scheduled break.
- Once your request is accepted, your access to the Convention ends for the rest of the day.
- The refund covers the ticket price you paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fees, and will be sent to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
- VIP Seats: a refund of a VIP Seat cancels all VIP-only inclusions, including the Continuation Credit. If the Medical Authority Prescription has already been delivered before the Convention, the ₱14,995 VIP Experience upgrade is not refunded, to reflect the work completed, and the refund covers the Regular Seat price you paid.
- The guarantee applies once per person and does not apply to attendees removed for breach of these Terms.
9. Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows
- Apart from the Wrong Room Guarantee in Section 8 and the cases in Section 11, all ticket sales are final. We do not give refunds for change of mind, schedule conflicts or other personal reasons.
- If you do not attend, your ticket is considered used. No refund, credit or transfer to a future event is given for no-shows.
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person under Section 10 instead.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under Philippine consumer protection law.
10. Ticket Transfers
- You may transfer your ticket to another person, free of charge, by emailing us the new attendee’s full name, email address and mobile number no later than seven (7) days before the Convention. Transfers after that are at the Organizer’s discretion.
- A ticket is valid only once a transfer has been confirmed by us in writing. The new attendee must agree to these Terms.
- Reselling tickets above the price paid, or through unofficial channels, is not allowed. The Organizer may cancel any ticket that has been resold or advertised for resale without a refund.
11. Changes to the Convention
- Speakers, coaches and guests are subject to availability. Speakers promoted as proposed or prospective are not confirmed until the Organizer announces them as confirmed. We may replace a speaker or adjust the program without this being a ground for a refund.
- We may change the time, order and content of sessions, and the online platform used to deliver them. We will notify you by email of any material change.
- If we move the Convention to a new date, your ticket automatically carries over to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund of the ticket price paid by emailing us within fourteen (14) days of our announcement.
- If we cancel the Convention and do not reschedule it, we will refund the ticket price paid in full.
- Refunds under this section cover only the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for internet, equipment, clinic closure, lost income or other costs you incur.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fire, epidemics, government orders or restrictions, public disturbances, power, internet or platform outages, or acts of third parties. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule, and Section 11 will apply.
13. Online Access and Admission
- Your Zoom link is sent to the email address you registered with before the Convention. It is for ticket holders only. Do not share or forward it.
- Join using the name you registered with so our team can admit you. The name must match your registration or confirmed transfer.
- The Zoom room opening time will be announced by email. Late joiners are admitted when they arrive, but missed segments are not repeated live.
- We may refuse or remove access for anyone without a valid ticket, anyone joining through a shared or forwarded link, anyone who cannot verify their identity, or anyone whose conduct disrupts the session.
- For the in-person Prescription Mastermind and VIP Dinner, bring your VIP ID and one (1) valid government-issued ID. The name on your ID must match your registration or confirmed transfer.
- You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and Zoom app. We recommend a laptop or desktop and a stable connection. Attendees must follow the instructions of Organizer staff and hosts.
14. Code of Conduct
The Convention is a professional environment. All attendees, speakers, partners and staff must:
- Treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation or offensive behavior of any kind is not tolerated.
- Not sell, pitch, distribute materials or solicit other attendees in the Zoom chat, breakout rooms or by direct message unless they are an official partner acting within their partnership agreement.
- Not disrupt sessions, and keep their microphone muted unless invited to speak.
- Not post links, files or content that is offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the Convention.
- Respect patient confidentiality at all times. Do not share patient-identifiable information during Q&A, workshops or activities.
The Organizer may remove any person who breaches this Code of Conduct, without refund.
15. Photography, Video and Recording
- The Convention will be recorded, including the Zoom gallery view, chat and Q&A, and screenshots may be taken. By attending, you consent to being recorded, and to House Creatives using that footage, including your image, name as displayed and voice, in event recordings, marketing, social media and promotional materials, without payment.
- If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, keep your camera off and email [email protected] before the Convention. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude you, but we cannot guarantee you will not appear in gallery views or screenshots.
- Attendees may take screenshots for personal notes. Recording any session, in full or in part, or restreaming any part of the program, is not allowed without written permission from the Organizer.
- If you share testimonials, results or screenshots with us, we will only publish them with your consent.
16. Intellectual Property and Materials
- All session content, slides, frameworks, workbooks, templates, recordings and toolkits (the “Materials”) belong to House Creatives or the respective speakers.
- You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own practice or business. You may share them with your own staff for internal use.
- You may not copy, resell, republish, teach or distribute the Materials, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Online access to the Full Event Recording and the Authority Toolkit is personal to the VIP Seat holder and must not be shared. Access terms and duration will be stated in the access email.
17. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee of Results
- The Convention is an educational event about content, personal branding and digital communication. It does not provide medical, legal, regulatory, tax or financial advice.
- We do not guarantee any specific result, including patient or client numbers, inquiries, followers, views, revenue or income. Results shown by speakers or past students reflect their own circumstances and effort and are not typical or promised outcomes.
- Each attendee remains solely responsible for complying with the rules that apply to their profession, including those of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and their professional board, their professional Code of Ethics, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), and applicable Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Department of Health rules on health-related advertising. Where our guidance and your board’s rules differ, your board’s rules come first.
- Views expressed by speakers and guests are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of House Creatives.
18. Partners and Sponsors
- The Convention may include sponsored segments and partner offers. Interacting with partners is voluntary.
- Partners are responsible for their own products, services, claims and promotions. House Creatives does not endorse or guarantee partner products.
- We will only share your contact details with a partner if you give your consent, for example by choosing to register for a partner offer.
19. Health and Accessibility
- Please tell us in advance about any accessibility needs, for example captions, so we can make reasonable arrangements.
- Take regular screen breaks. The program includes scheduled breaks.
- At the in-person VIP events, tell us about any food allergies in advance; we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. You are responsible for your own belongings and for any damage you cause to the venue.
20. Data Privacy
We process your personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
- What we collect: your name, email address and mobile number when you register; payment status and reference from our payment provider; your answers to our optional post-registration survey; Authority Intake answers and links to the public profiles that VIP holders choose to share with us; attendance records from our online event platform and VIP event check-in; and recordings and screenshots of the Convention.
- Why we collect it: to confirm and manage your ticket, send event information, reminders and your Zoom access, verify attendance, process refunds and transfers, shape the program and improve our events, and, with your consent, send you information about House Creatives programs.
- Who we share it with: our payment provider, our email and CRM platforms, our online event platform (Zoom), and partners only when you consent. We do not sell your personal data.
- How long we keep it: only as long as needed for these purposes, for legal and accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows.
- Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
- VIP holders should not include patient or client information or any third party’s personal data in their Authority Intake. We review only the public profiles and content you point us to.
21. Communications and Fraud Warning
- Official updates are sent only from our official email and published on our official pages and social media accounts.
- House Creatives will never ask for your card number, one-time PIN (OTP) or password by message or phone. Report suspicious messages to [email protected].
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, House Creatives, its officers, employees, coaches and speakers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost income, lost patients, clients or business opportunities, arising from your registration or attendance. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Convention will not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket, including any VIP Experience upgrade. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Convention or legal requirements. The version published on our pages at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket. We will notify ticket holders by email of any material change that affects them.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting each other. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be brought before the proper courts of Pasig City, to the exclusion of other venues.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with the event page and your confirmation email, form the entire agreement between you and House Creatives about the Convention.
