We process personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

1. Who we are

House Creatives is operated by RTD Creations Corp. Our office is at the 15th Floor, Unit GHI, The Glaston Tower, Pasig City, Philippines. For this statement, "House Creatives", "we", "us" and "our" refer to RTD Creations Corp. and its House Creatives programs, services and studio.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you. This may include:

• Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile number, business name, industry, role, and the answers you provide in our forms, applications and surveys.
• Program, event and booking details: registrations, ticket and attendance records, check-in data, studio bookings, and your communications with our team.
• Payment information: payments are handled by our payment partners. We receive confirmation of the payment and limited details (such as amount and reference number), not your full card or account numbers.
• Career and internship applications: your CV, portfolio, work history and the information you share during the hiring process.
• Photos, video and audio: images and recordings taken at our events, classes and studio sessions (see Section 5).
• Website and device information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, referring links, and data collected through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels.

3. How we use your information

• To register you for and deliver our training programs, events, services and studio sessions.
• To process payments and issue receipts and invoices.
• To send confirmations, reminders, program materials and important updates.
• To send news and offers from House Creatives, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To assess applications for jobs, internships and mentorship programs.
• To understand how our website and programs are used so we can improve them, and to measure and improve our advertising.
• To comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and to protect our rights and the safety of our community.

4. Our basis for processing

We process personal information when you have given your consent, when it is needed to fulfill a contract with you or to act on your request before entering one, when we must comply with a legal obligation, or when it is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as keeping our services secure and improving them) and those interests are not overridden by your rights.

5. Photos and recordings

Our events, classes and studio sessions are often photographed and recorded. These photos and videos may appear in House Creatives content, social media, advertising and on this website. If you would prefer not to be featured, tell our team when you register or on the day, and we will take reasonable steps to respect your request. You can also ask us to take down content that features you by contacting us using the details below.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed, and only with:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as payment processors, booking, CRM, website, email and messaging platforms, cloud storage and analytics providers. They may only use your data to provide services to us.
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta and Google, for measuring and improving our ads, through cookies and pixels on our website.
• Partners or sponsors of a specific event, only where we tell you beforehand and, where required, with your consent.
• Government agencies, courts or regulators when the law requires it.

7. Storage outside the Philippines

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the Philippines. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information receives a level of protection comparable to that required under Philippine law.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law (for example, accounting and tax records). When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

9. How we protect your information

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the House Creatives website and your participation in our training programs, events, services and studio. By using this website, registering for a program or event, booking the studio, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About us

House Creatives is operated by RTD Creations Corp., with its office at the 15th Floor, Unit GHI, The Glaston Tower, Pasig City, Philippines. "House Creatives", "we", "us" and "our" refer to RTD Creations Corp.

2. Programs and events

Program and event details, schedules, venues, coaches and speakers are described on the relevant offer page. We may need to change the schedule, venue, format (for example, moving a session online), or the line-up of coaches and speakers. If a change is significant, we will let you know in advance using the contact details you gave us.

3. Registration and payment

• Prices are shown on the relevant offer page or invoice and are in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise.
• Your seat, slot or service is confirmed once full payment, or the agreed down payment, has been received.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose own terms also apply.
• You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete registration information.

4. Refunds, cancellations and transfers

Refund, cancellation and transfer terms are those stated on the specific offer page, invoice or agreement at the time of purchase. If none are stated, contact us before the start date and we will review your request in good faith. If we cancel a program or event, we will offer you a transfer to a later date or a refund of the amount you paid for it.

5. Studio bookings

• Studio sessions are booked through our online booking page and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
• Please arrive on time. Sessions end at the booked time, and late arrivals are not automatically extended.
• You are responsible for your guests and for any loss or damage to the studio, sets or equipment caused by you or your guests, other than normal wear and tear.
• Please follow the house rules and the instructions of our studio team at all times.
• Rescheduling and cancellation follow the terms shown in your booking confirmation.

6. Done-for-you services

Production, advertising, advisory and other done-for-you services are governed by a separate service agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

7. Your conduct

We want every room to be safe, respectful and focused. You agree not to harass, threaten or disrespect other participants, our team or our guests, not to disrupt sessions, and not to use our programs or platforms to promote your own offers without our permission. We may remove anyone who breaks these rules from a session, program or community, without a refund.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website and all program materials, including slides, workbooks, templates, recordings, frameworks and methods, belong to House Creatives or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your own personal learning and business. You may not record, copy, resell, share, publish or teach them to others without our written permission. Ownership of content we produce for clients is set out in the relevant service agreement.

9. Photos and recordings

Our events, classes and studio sessions may be photographed and recorded, and these may be used in House Creatives content and advertising. By attending, you agree to this. If you prefer not to be featured, let our team know. See our Privacy Statement for details.

10. Results disclaimer

Real Talk Darbs and House Creatives' results are not typical and are not a guarantee of your success. Any examples, figures or testimonials are shared for illustration only. Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, skills, business, market and circumstances. Nothing on this website or in our programs is financial, legal or tax advice.

11. Third-party links and tools

Our website and programs may link to or use third-party websites, platforms and tools. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, House Creatives is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of our website, programs, events, services or studio. Our total liability for any claim relating to a program, event, service or booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.
